These non‑certification, informational‑only trainings cover hands‑only CPR, basic First Aid, and Stop the Bleed awareness—giving everyday bystanders the confidence to act during a medical emergency. We offer flexible group options for families, workplaces, schools, churches, and community organizations. Sessions typically accommodate 10–20 participants, ensuring everyone gets hands‑on practice and clear, easy‑to‑follow instruction. Larger demonstration‑style events are also available for groups of 20–50+. L&S Vital Training makes it simple, accessible, and empowering for your group to learn how to respond when seconds matter.
