At L&S Vital Training, we believe every person has the power to save a life. Our mission is to equip our community with the essential skills needed to take confident, immediate action during medical emergencies—from sudden cardiac arrest to severe bleeding and everyday injuries.

We provide hands‑only CPR, First Aid, and Stop the Bleed bystander training designed for real people in real situations. Our sessions are non‑certification and intended for informational purposes only, giving participants practical, easy‑to‑learn techniques they can use while waiting for professional help to arrive.
